LOGISTIC MANAGER

In your role as Logistic Manager you will be responsible for ensure and support proper management of inbound materials to support plant production according company targets and in compliance with active regulations.The Logistic Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager.   

Your main responsabilities include:

  • Coordinate warehouse team
  • Manage inbound materials – related indirect costs with respect of relevant budget and efficiency targets
  • Ensure the proper organization and storage of inbound materials within the warehouse
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with Production to ensure the effective execution of the production plan
  • Supervise and control all logistics KPI
  • Coordinate Logistics Plant meeting, sharing running projects, results, targets
  • Investments suggestion and implementation
  • Guarantee legal and safety compliance

Required skills:

  • Logistic Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) for corporate reporting
  • Leadership and problem-solving attitude
  • People Management Skills

The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria. As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 52.000 € and 77.000 €. You will also be part of the Ariston Group short term incentive program. This position is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
