PRODUCTION PLANNER

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Production Planner to join our innovative and dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Plant Production Manager in planning, coordinating, and optimizing production activities. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.This position plays a key role in ensuring an efficient production flow.

 

Key Responsibilities


Master Production Scheduling

  • Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule.
  • Gather, analyze, and validate production and demand data.
  • Review and refine production plans to ensure feasibility and alignment with business needs.
  • Summarize and consolidate forecasts for planning decisions.

 

Operational Planning

  • Review production plans regularly and ensure consistency with demand and capacity.
  • Present, collect, and evaluate feedback from stakeholders.
  • Monitor daily production activities and proactively address deviations or risks.
  • Maintain and update production planning systems and tools.

 

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and maintain planning‑related reports for internal and central functions.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, and other key departments.


Required Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills with a brilliant academic record.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and flexibility in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
  • Solid proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
