As R&D Engineer, you will:
- Design and set up tests for machine interfaces and debugging.
- Create software testing plans and debug software at the product level.
- Define and execute qualification plans for electric/electronic components.
- Develop hardware and software specifications for electronic boards in heat pumps.
- Create technical documentation for purchased electronic components.
- Communicate with suppliers on technical topics.
- Ensure certifications for electric/electronic components (LVD and EMC).
- Collaborate with other R&D teams.
- Support production activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in HVAC/White Goods.
- Knowledge of testing tools programming (e.g., I/O data logger, LabView; Python is a plus).
- Understanding of communication protocols and control box design/testing.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel for business.
Skills:
- Flexible, open-minded, analytical, and good at planning.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
