As R&D Engineer, you will:

  • Design and set up tests for machine interfaces and debugging.
  • Create software testing plans and debug software at the product level.
  • Define and execute qualification plans for electric/electronic components.
  • Develop hardware and software specifications for electronic boards in heat pumps.
  • Create technical documentation for purchased electronic components.
  • Communicate with suppliers on technical topics.
  • Ensure certifications for electric/electronic components (LVD and EMC).
  • Collaborate with other R&D teams.
  • Support production activities.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in HVAC/White Goods.
  • Knowledge of testing tools programming (e.g., I/O data logger, LabView; Python is a plus).
  • Understanding of communication protocols and control box design/testing.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel for business.

  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.

 

Location: Cambiago, hybrid (2 days remote work per week).
