Marketing Manager – Egypt

Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading Ariston’s marketing strategy and execution in Egypt, driving brand growth, product visibility, and market share expansion. The role includes full ownership of the annual marketing plan, managing ATL/BTL/digital activities, overseeing product launch campaigns, and ensuring strong brand presence in retail and project segments.
The Marketing Manager will lead a local Marketing Specialist and work in close coordination with the sales, after-sales, and regional marketing teams, as well as with external agencies and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Define the local annual marketing plan aligned with business priorities and regional/global brand strategy.
- Own the local marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation across ATL, BTL, and digital activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to guide marketing actions.
- Campaign Management & Execution
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns for product launches and brand support.
- Coordinate media buying, creative execution, and timeline management with relevant agencies.
- Ensure alignment with global brand guidelines and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Retail & Trade Marketing
- Enhance brand presence in-store through POSM, displays, co-branding, and field force collaboration.
- Support sell-out through retail activations, promotions, and shop staff engagement.
- Align closely with sales teams to deliver trade tools and improve visibility in Modern and Traditional Trade.
- Digital & Influencer Marketing
- Oversee the local digital strategy, including social media calendars, paid media, and influencer collaboration.
- Manage local content development and ensure alignment with the Ariston global digital tone and standards.
- Track campaign performance across digital KPIs and recommend optimization actions.
- Team Management & Collaboration
- Manage and develop the local Marketing Specialist to ensure strong campaign execution and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, After-Sales, Finance, Quality) and external agencies to execute projects.
- Coordinate with the regional marketing team to ensure best practice sharing and strategic alignment.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report on key marketing KPIs.
- Prepare regular performance reviews and business updates for local and regional leadership.
- Support the definition of future marketing priorities through data and insights.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in consumer goods, durable goods, or home appliances sectors.
- Proven experience in managing 360° marketing plans including ATL, BTL, and digital.
- Track record of working with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Other:
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Egypt.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
