TECHNICAL SERVICES SENIOR SPECIALIST

Responsible to facilitate the after sales service by offering technical support and after-sales related projects to business partners.

Dealing with installers, and contracted service members, and other stakeholders to specify, approve and support technical issues and  the after sales activities of the products of the company.

 

Main tasks:

  • Technical support to business partners like contracted service network partners
  • Regular technical training for service network members                                                     
  • Handle end-user complaints in regular bases in cooperation with central call center          
  • Producing technical documents such as technical drawings of hydraulic systems to be capable to manage discussions with highly skilled counterparts
  • Technical support on construction sites to installers in case                                                                                 
  • Managing the reporting system as required by the company

 

The ideal candidate has:

  • University/Collage Technical degree, preferable in HVAC focusing on heat pump field
  • min. 2 years of work experiences in customer service support for sectors of heat pumps
  • High level of technical competence
  • Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise customers clearly
  • Good planning, organisation and communication ability
  • Team-player attitude
  • Abilities to deliver trainings, and to travel to project sites in the country occasionally
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Power point and Excel    
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD/ drawing packages is a plus
  • English Knowledge
