PRE-SALES SPECIALIST

Responsible for providing technical expertise and pre-sales support to the sales organisation, business partners, consultants, designers, contractors and end customers. Supports the specification, application and successful implementation of the company's HVAC and renewable energy product portfolio.Â

Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical pre-sales support to sales teams, customers and business partners.
- Analyse customer requirements and support the development of suitable technical solutions using the company product portfolio.
- Prepare technical proposals, system calculations, hydraulic schemes and AutoCAD drawings.
- Provide technical support during project development, installation, commissioning and after-sales activities.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Support consultants, designers, developers, contractors and distributors in product specification activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies and market developments.
- Support the launch and introduction of new products, including technical communication and training activities.
- Create, maintain and manage product-related technical documentation, manuals, datasheets and supporting materials.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and product management teams and maintain required reporting and records.

Requirements
- University or College degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Energy Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in presales, technical support or application engineering within HVAC, renewable energy, pumps or related industries.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional English language skills.
- Willingness to travel within Hungary.
