TRAINING SPECIALIST HVAC

This role reports directly to the Technical Support Center Manager and is responsible for developing, delivering, and managing technical training programs for HVAC products, with a strong focus on serviceability, documentation, and network competency development. The position ensures training aligns with regional guidelines and supports both internal teams and external partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver technical training programs (installation, commissioning, service) for heat pumps, air conditioning, and HVAC systems.
  • Develop training materials, documentation, videos, and practical tests on test benches with real products.
  • Organize and manage training sessions in Bucharest and other regions.
  • Ensure effective training room management (costs, utilization, asset development).
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify training needs and capability gaps.
  • Participate in central training sessions (live/online) from group brands (Ariston, ELCO, WOLF).
  • Support serviceability process definition and validate technical documentation and translations.
  • Implement reporting and dashboards to monitor training activities and results.
  • Collect feedback from participants and propose improvements to programs.
  • Maintain and expand technical knowledge base and support network competency assessment.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Technical degree in Installations, Energy, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with HVAC products and technologies (both theoretical and practical).
  • Strong technical knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, thermodynamics, and electrics.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills; knowledge of English language
  • Hands-on experience with tools, service procedures, and digital platforms
  • Analytical, customer-oriented, adaptable, proactive
