We are seeking a skilled ICT HR senior analyst with a solid experience on Labor Cost Planning & Analytics to support our labour cost planning initiatives through advanced analytics and technological solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex HR projects, particularly leveraging SAP and SuccessFactors technologies. This role will be crucial in driving data-driven workforce planning, budget monitoring, and financial reporting as part of our HR digital transformation roadmap.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of labour cost planning system solutions using SuccessFactors and SAP, ensuring alignment with ICT and HR and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR operations, Finance, and ICT teams to optimize workforce planning processes and integrate cost analysis tools.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop a system for workforce planning, including budget forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Facilitate the integration of new analytics functionalities, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
  • Prepare RFPs (Request for Proposal) and manage tender processes to acquire appropriate technological solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on using data visualization tools, including Power BI.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring clarity on project objectives and progress.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience in HR analytics, labour cost planning, or related ICT projects.
  • Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll, Workforce Planning modules).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel).
  • Experience with financial reporting and workforce planning in a multinational context.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical analysis into actionable insights.
  • Fluent English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
