We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT HR Project Manager - Global Payroll to lead complex global technology initiatives, with a primary focus on Global Payroll implementation and integration. The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with a solid understanding of HR Operations processes, as well as expertise in digital transformation and stakeholder management.  
Reporting directly to the Group ICT HR Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategic system implementations that support global standardization while ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
The ICT HR Project manager will be in charge of:
•    Lead end-to-end Global Payroll implementation projects, from technical requirements gathering to go-live and post-deployment support.  
•    Coordinate integrations between Global Payroll platforms (SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar) and local systems to ensure seamless data exchange and process alignment. 
•    Collaborate closely with HR Operations, Finance, and ICT teams to design scalable solutions that meet both global and local business needs.  
•    Oversee vendor management, project governance, and risk mitigation to ensure project delivery on time, scope, and budget.  
•    Facilitate stakeholder communication across multiple regions and business units, promoting adoption and change management.  
•    Maintain comprehensive project documentation, KPIs, and best practices to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.  
As the ideal candidate:
•    University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.  
•    5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably within multinational environments.  
•    Proven track record managing multi-country payroll implementations and integrations with HR and Finance systems. 
•    Strong knowledge of HR, Finance, and Payroll processes, including compliance and data security requirements.  
•    Experience in digital transformation, project governance, and cross-functional collaboration.  
•    Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.  
•    Fluent in English.
