HRIS PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead complex HR technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid experience on HRIS implementations, including local system integrations, and demonstrate a deep understanding of HR processes, digital transformation, and stakeholder management. This role will be pivotal in the ongoing global HR digital transformation, focusing on system harmonization and data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle HRIS implementation projects, including integration with local systems and ensuring alignment with global HR objectives.
- Collaborate closely with HR operations, Finance and ICT teams to design, develop, and optimize HR systems, particularly SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Support the evolution of the HRIS landscape by recommending and implementing process improvements.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project risks, and resource allocation, ensuring smooth project execution and adoption.
- Guide cross-functional teams to enhance data consistency and user experience within the HRIS.
- Ensure project readiness and address any outstanding issues before transitioning to AMS, while also preparing comprehensive documentation and training materials to support HR users in maximizing the value of the HRIS.
- Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for ongoing system management.
Qualification:
- University degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or similar field;
- + 5 years of experience in HRIS project management, with proven leadership in complex, multi-country implementations;
- Strong expertise in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors (including Employee Central, Talent Management, Payroll Integration), and related HR technologies;
- Experience with digital transformation, project governance, and stakeholder collaboration;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) is highly preferred;
- Fluent English.
