CREDIT SENIOR SPECIALIST

Our Credit Senior Specialist is responsible for :

  • Tidy up and maintain the debtors' ledger accurately to ensure that all balances are correct and updated.
  • Monitor the outstanding debt of each customer and ensure that it is paid at the due date, supporting the sales force in order to arrange and manage payment terms.
  • Improve the collection performance through a constant reduction of the overdue.
  • Sensitize all the team to the problem of credit collection underlining with reports and analysis the positive or negative effects on business
  • Implement the collection procedures and the credit policies, according to what has been set by Group Credit Management guidelines
  • Evaluation of customer creditworthiness, assigning credit limit according to the guidelines of the Group procedure, reviewing periodically the existing ones.
  • Carry out all the tasks related to Factoring or Credit Insurance Contract for specific customers
  • Provide reports to the Country Manager and to Head Quarter regarding credit collection and the main credit KPI (DSO, overdue).
  • Promoting innovations on the method of payment in order to improve the cash flow and minimize the risk of bad debt.
  • Liaising with solicitors, bailiffs, liquidators, and debt counselors where necessary.


Our ideal candidate has:

  • At least 2 -3 years of experience in credit control, in multinational companies structured and organized (or domestic with a complex organization). It will be appreciated a former experience in a trading company 
  • Accounting/Finance/degree Good command of the English language;
  • Deep knowledge of accounting processes and financial principles
  • Practical knowledge of commercial(and fiscal) law
  • Familiar with MS-Office-Applications
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Accountability, forward-thinking, customer focus, problem-solving and goal orientation, integrity, interpersonal and

organizational skills complete the profile.
