In your role as Pre-sales specialist you are responsible for providing pre-sales technical support and provide assistance/advice to the sales team as well to the clients and partners for whole country.
 You build a strong business network with the aim to increase sales.

Main tasks
- Understand the requirements of the customer and identifying the appropriate products for their needs
- Prepare the quotations and design solutions to support the sales team activity
- Prepare and perform technical presentations as well as analysis of customer technical requirements
- Build a strong business network with stakeholders from the sector
- Visit the construction sites to seek business opportunities
- Technical support on construction sites to installers
- Be part of cross-function projects
- Keep-updates with the companies’ products and services
- Deliver product trainings for internal purpose and external partners
- Join Marketing events to meet installers

As your ideal candidate, you have:
- University Technical degree, preferable Civil Constructions Engineering/Installation
- 5 years’ previous work experiences in sales/pre-sales/ customer service support for sectors like heating and water heating, energy renewable products, pumps, HVAC
- Very good technical skill
- Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals
- Good planning and organization skills
- Team-player
- Excellent English communicatin skills
- Abilities to deliver training
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Power point and Excel Knowledge of AutoCAD/ drawing packages is a plus
