MARKETING SENIOR SPECIALIST

Reporting to the Country Manager, the Marketing Senior Specialist will play a key role in designing and executing marketing strategies aligned with Group guidelines to support country sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing budget for Serbia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.
- Design and execute marketing strategies, plans, and policies in line with Group guidelines to support sales performance and brand positioning.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities and monitor market share.
- Define and implement guidelines for trade marketing and end-user communication across all channels.
- Execute local marketing plans, including pricing policies, brand communication, digital activities, and channel promotions, in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Manage and further develop the loyalty program for installers and partners.
- Coordinate the product lifecycle, from specification definition through launch and phase-out.
- Support sales team in the organization of product marketing events, training sessions, and promotional activities
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Economics.
- 4–5 years of experience in a similar role within multinational/multilingual environments.
- Experience in the semi-durable goods sector is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Serbian is essential.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with flexibility and goal orientation.
- Energy and enthusiasm for marketing and communication.
- Strong willingness to understand products and translate technical concepts into market value.
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 is considered an advantage.
