Job Description

 

The Training Manager is expected to manage and oversee the development and delivery of Ariston UK training to both internal and external stakeholders within the UK & Ireland.
The core objective will be to design, create and maintain training material, regularly assessing required updates to remain compliant and relevant. Training within Ariston UK should focus on our brand reputation, the Training Manager is our brand ambassador and can positively influence the purchasing potential within the UK & Ireland.

 

Job responsibilities

 

•    Responsible for developing training materials, to industry and regulatory standards, considering the end user and their ability to learn from the training provided.
•    The coordination and management of training and how this is delivered across all stakeholders within the UK and Ireland.
•    Clear understanding of market trends, legislation and compliance requirements to support the training being fit for purpose and relevant.
•    Liaising with Marketing teams at local and group level, to understand product launches, market requirements and demand.
•    Collaborate well with the Marketing Product Senior Specialist, to develop and deliver new product implementation into training material.
•    Build strong working relationships with the Area Sales Managers and Technical team, to enhance the training proposition in the UK and Ireland, meeting targets for training provisions nationally.
•    Build relationships with the wider teams, understanding training needs and how to develop and incorporate this to support in continued growth and development within Ariston UK.
•    Excellent knowledge of the product range across all Ariston UK brands.
•    Confidence in communicating at all levels, using active listening skills and persuasive language where required to enhance the training experience.
•    Ability to self-assess and be flexible in how training is delivered to ensure that the trainees are comfortable and confident in what they have been taught.
•    Collaborate with Group, based in Italy, to develop future training offering for the UK & Ireland.
•    Any other reasonable tasks as assigned within the training area of responsibility.
