Ariston UK Ltd are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing & Communication executive, who will report to the Head of Marketing – UK & Ireland. The ideal candidate will be directly working on a wide range of areas involving brand guardianship sales promotional strategies, product launches and relationship management (CRM/Loyalty Scheme).


This role is a key function in the business, working across all departments both in the UK team, as well as with the central Marketing team in Europe, as the business goes through an exciting period of change and growth.


The Trade Marketing and Communications Specialist will have key areas of responsibility, which include developing the Annual Trade Marketing Plan, create and drive marketing and sales promotion campaigns, conduct in depth competitor research on trends and promotions and promote and boost sales through the planning of different trade marketing initiatives to key trade audiences.


The Trade Marketing and Communications Specialist will work with the Commercial Team in gathering information to help identify gaps and other opportunities in each sales area and establish localised marketing initiatives. They will also work alongside the Sales and Logistics Teams, to ensure stock availability on all agreed national and local sales initiatives.


The Trade Marketing and Communications Specialist will have complete ownership on all quality of marketing data and information. They will co-manage Ariston’s new loyalty scheme, which includes Membership rates, sales optimisation and installer reward management. They will manager and quantify all lead generation data from sales and marketing campaigns. They will also focus on lead generation and ensure the link and consistency of data is available across all internal platforms, specifically the CRM system.


The Trade Marketing and Communications Specialist will be a true brand and product champion in the market, promoting our products and the brand when engaging with stakeholders, both internal and external. They will work alongside the sales, marketing and product teams and external agencies in creating awareness of Ariston’s product portfolio, targeting all core trade audiences online, including Linked In, inMail-Campaigns, eMarketing etc. They will work with external agencies to produce materials for product promotion, training and sales aids. They will work closely with the product manager to identify and manage product placement and displays, as well as designing and implementing all trade marketing materials for product launches with the UK portfolio.


 The Trade Marketing and Communications Specialist will support in administrative tasks, which include co-managing the marketing and information inbox by quantifying sales leads, manage the Sales Toolbox software, invoicing for planned Trade Marketing activities, produce engaging, creative and powerful MS PowerPoint presentations for various needs and customers, support the sales team on key trade shows and customer meetings, managing exhibitions targeting both consumer & B2B audiences and monthly updates of the Trade Marketing Dashboard, delivering quarterly performance reviews on projects.
