SALES ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST (TEMPORARY)

We are looking for an established Sales Administration Specialist, who will be the key contact between sales representatives, customers and central office, coordinating the entire order process. The core objective is to control and manage all orders within the UK & Ireland. The Sales Administrative Specialist must deliver excellence in service through all stakeholders, managing tasks efficiency and productively. This is a 6 month Temporary contract to cover Maternity leave.
 

Tasks and responsibilities - 

•    Ensure service excellence in line with customers’ expectations and Company guidelines including providing quotations, stock availability, delivery restrictions via phone and email.
•    Check regular loading of orders acquired to support in the organisation of stock allocation
•    Manage the correct escalation route for any issues with order fulfillment dates, availability of goods and delivery dates, to find effective solutions
•    Monitor of sell in and sell out and stock to ensure our main customers hold adequate stock levels to service the market
•    Collaborate with Finance Department regarding customers invoice queries and account statements
•    Cooperate and support the Area Sales Managers through clear communication in relation to orders and customer queries
•    Manage the return goods flow and price lists according to Group procedures and instructions
•    Ensure service excellence in line with customers’ expectations and Company guidelines
•    Effective allocation of orders during periods of shortage of stock in alignment with the Sales Department
•    Support Sales Administration Team Leader with reasonable ad-hoc reports and tasks when required

•    SAP intermediate
•    EXCEL intermediate
•    Ability to travel to and from our Head Office (Basildon/Brentwood area)
