AREA SALES MANAGER - LONDON & HOME COUNTIES

THE ROLE

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager that is experienced in the HVAC industry (heat pumps and boilers) to maximise the sales of the Ariston UK Ltd portfolio, including gas boilers (floor standing and wall hung), renewables (ASHPs), hot water products, CHPs & HIUs covering the specified area. You will ensure the commercial success of Ariston UK Ltd in the UK and be responsible for increasing and developing sales in the specified sales area, including relationships with Housing Developers, Housing Associactions, local Councils and other opportunities of this sort. You will also control and check your own performance in relation to the budget targets set, and arrange CPD's that could be presented by others or by yourself. At Ariston UK Ltd, we promote a heathy work life balance whilst supporting and encouraging personal growth. MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES                                  

  • Develop & further grow business in your area of responsibility by identifying needs and opportunities of the specific market
  • Guarantee the customer satisfaction providing a consistent and cohesive service
  • Frequently and intensively visit present and potential customers
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with key installers                                            
  • Increase sales volume and turnover in the area of responsibility
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market      
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements, make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations  
  • Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications and negotiate the terms of an agreement, in line with the Company's pricing policies, and close sales       
  • Define any action required to support sales, attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
