The Marketing Trade & Communication Senior Specialist actively contributes to the development and definition of the Marketing Plan in collaboration with the Marketing & Product Manager for Spain, ensuring its effective execution across projects, channels, and trade environments. This role collaborates in the planning, coordination, and leadership of marketing projects, as well as in guaranteeing the execution of the annual marketing and trade communication plans at point of sale, fully aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and top management guidelines.

 

Main tasks

  • Collaborate in the definition, development and execution of the Marketing Plan, translating strategic objectives into integrated trade, communication and project action plans across channels. 
  • Lead and coordinate end to end marketing projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, quality standards, timelines, budgets, KPIs and ROI. 
  • Plan and execute trade marketing and POS initiatives across PRO, DIY and Ecommerce channels, ensuring brand consistency, visibility excellence and effective local activation.Manage Promotion plan and its execution, validation and reporting
  • Manage Promotion plan and its execution, validation and reporting
  • Manage product launches, promotions, customer initiatives and events, including training and communication for wholesalers, distributors, installers, B2B partners, trade associations and purchasing groups.
  • Drive cross channel, cross area and internal communication initiatives, including customer satisfaction, community development and institutional relations projects.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (sales, product, digital, trade, communication, legal) and external partners (agencies, suppliers, freelancers, customers) to ensure efficient execution.
  • Manage project budgets and purchasing processes, including cost estimations, contracts and approvals, while monitoring performance, risks, opportunities and market competition in trade.

  • Strong background in B2C communication and brand management, ensuring consistency, relevance and impact across channels.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, managing complex, multi stakeholder initiatives end to end.
  • Sound budget management experience, with focus on efficiency, control and results.
  • Outstanding communication, coordination and organizational skills, combining attention to detail with a clear big picture vision.
  • Proactive and autonomous professional, highly capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines in dynamic environments.
  • Team player, comfortable working collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Strong personal competencies including accountability, forward thinking, customer focus, problem solving, goal orientation and integrity.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Very good PC skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
