REPLENISHMENT & PLANNING SPECIALIST

Reporting to the Spain & Portugal Logistics Manager, you will manage the supply of the company's products in line with sales forecasts. Your mission is to contribute permanently to the continuous improvement, assertive management and innovation of the processes associated with forecasting and Sales & Operation Planning. You will be responsible for the complete management of purchase orders to the different factories, both for entering the data, processing and recording them in the system, and for resolving incidents, managing stock control and supervising purchase invoices and fully managing the flow of customs documentation and triangulation.


Main tasks
•    Full management and monitoring of the purchase planning and sales forecasting process.
•    Purchasing management of the different factories 
•    Management of customs documentation and triangulation processes, costs related to customs management.
•    Planning and availability of stock on hand 
•    Control of stock levels and inventory (days of coverage and stock rotation levels).
 

Minimum requirements
•    Intermediate or higher education in business/logistics/sales or similar experience.
•    Minimum previous experience of 1-2 years in Replenishment and Forecasting or Demand planning
•    High knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
•    Knowledge of planning tools (APO)
•    Essential intermediate level of English (minimum assimilable level B2), 
•    Italian desirable
•    Knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP (SD - APO - BI)
•    High communication skills. Diplomacy. Persuasion and negotiation skills. 
•    High dynamism, proactivity, organizational capacity and ability to solve problems.
•    Ability to manage priorities.
