Functions
- Full management and monitoring of orders from receipt to delivery.
- Management and resolution of incidents and complaints, being the main interlocutor with customers.
- Verification of the commercial policy and conditions (prices, deadlines, product availability, etc...).
- Planning and distribution of available stock 

Minimum requirements
- Previous experience in customer service and logistics management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Essential intermediate level of English (corporate language), Italian desirable
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Immediate availability

Flexibility, a clear customer orientation and good communication skills complete the profile.
