Job Description

• Manage, inspect, and assign jobs to warehouse workers, picking operators and staff to arrange goods in the warehouse to ensure the production line runs smoothly Ensure accurate stock-taking via the SAP system
• Organize the management, inspection, and supervision of goods in warehouses to ensure RM supply follows FIFO
• Ensure 5S in warehouse, picking area
• Weekly inventory uncountable RM & adjust on SAP
• Co-operate with SQA to follow up on the RM return to the suppliers
• Apply lean manufacturing techniques and World-class manufacturing tools to optimize resources, reduce costs, eliminate waste, and increase manpower efficiency
• Be responsible on the work quality, compliance on the legal regulations and company procedures for the employees
• Comply with the company's regulations, and regulations on fire prevention, occupational safety and health
• Implement other tasks assigned by Manager

Job Requirement

• College/Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as supervisor in a warehouse. Experience with SAP system and raw material management is preferable.
• Good knowledge of inputting, retrieving, and analyzing data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus)
• English communication skills
• Hardworking, careful, and responsible
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing methods and Kaizen tools
• Good teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with others
