Job description

  • Control and ensure incoming parts are compliance with quality and specification requirements.
  • Ensures that IQC Inspectors conduct inspections according to approved procedures/specifications and inspection plans.
  • Schedules and supervises IQC Inspectors activities.
  • Tracks the status of incoming materials, ensures computer databases/worksheets are updated and communicated to the appropriate team members, and departments of inspection status.
  • Maintain the quality of incoming parts and maintain the quality of supplier parts.
  • Focused on investigation and improvement of quality issues such as specification deviations or processing challenges.
  • Responsible for monthly report of: Incoming Quality issuing; Supplier evaluation; Non-Conformance.
  • Support management system of quality to establish, implement and maintain ISO9001.
  • Work with production and manufacturing teams on quality issues and provide quality improvement suggestion with implementation of quality control program.
  • Coordinate with SQA/ Procurement to improve supplier quality issues.
  • Work with R&D team to improve, aligned, modified, specification in the drawing.
  • Be responsible on the work quality, compliance on the legal regulations and company procedures for the employees.
  • Comply with the company's regulations, and regulations on fire prevention, occupational safety and health.

 

Job requirements

  • Graduate from college/university and have at least 5 years’ experience in the quality control supervisor.
  • Background in Electronic and Mechanical.
  • Knowledge of quality management system and analysis, Quality experience in the PCBA, plastics, metals… and QMS, ISO.
  • Creative thinking and quality solving principles (8D reports, 5-Why analysis…).
  • Ability to lead all the quality personnel to formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategies and systems to ensure conformity and enhancement of part quality and standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Lean manufacturing knowledge.
  • Good English.
