Injection Plastic & Metal Stamping Mold Senior Specialist: Responsible for Injection plastic and Metal stamping mold, supervise and follow up the mold production process at the supplier.

Job description
•    Help the subcontractors to start the production with new molds.
•    Be physically at the start of injection with each new mold.
•    Trouble shooting with mold adjustments.
•    Supervise the subcontractors on a regular base to make sure they inject properly, using the correct RM, respecting cycle time agreed.
•    Analyze injected part defects and molds breakdowns, during both start up and mass production phases.
•    Define root cause and responsibilities of defects and breakdowns.
•    Mold maintenance follow up, supervision/ monitoring of mold fixing frequency and activities.
•    Implement other allowable tasks assigned by line manager.
•    Be responsible on the work quality, compliance on the legal regulations and company procedures for the employees.
•    Comply with the company's regulations, and regulations on fire prevention, occupational safety and health.

Job requirements
•    At least 3 year-experience as mold technician in multi-national companies in operating the plastic mold design & production.
•    Able to review concept drawings, 3D models and provide engineering inputs to improve product design and/or mitigate potential Quality issues.
•    Good knowledge of setting an injection machine.
•    Good understanding of molds and injection parameters.
•    Ability in troubles shooting & problem solving.
•    Able to manage the project under the requested timelines.
•    Good knowledge on lean manufacturing.
•    Good communication in English.
