Job description
•    Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products comply with quality standards and process requirements during production.
•    Maintain and support the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, including documentation control and process adherence.
•    Monitor, update, and manage KPIs related to quality, production performance, and process effectiveness.
•    Govern and maintain PFMEA and Control Plan activities to ensure manufacturing risks are identified, evaluated, and properly controlled.
•    Analyze process defects and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
•    Manage tools and equipment to ensure proper condition, calibration, maintenance, and availability for production operations.
•    Participate in and support WCM (World Class Manufacturing) activities and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality performance.


Job requirements
•    Graduated from university in technical discipline
•    Experience working in factory quality control department
•    Have experience of ISO 9001
•    Good communication and management skills
•    Proficient in the use of office software
•    Good command of English
