Job description
- Participate in all product development projects, ensuring daily activities align with company objectives; plan, manage, and perform tests with accurate documentation and reporting.
- Manage the laboratory, including facilities, equipment maintenance, support Group labs and R&D activities.
- Define and implement test procedures (production, quality, development, and certification tests).
- Analyze test results, verify specifications, update documents, and provide feedback to R&D for better technical alignment.
- Manage calibration of instruments and laboratory equipment.
- Job scope may be adjusted based on business needs, with updates formalized in the contract appendix.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Comply with company policies, fire prevention, and occupational health & safety regulations.

- Degree in Engineering field
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment for electrical appliances and their maintenance
- Proficient in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Strong Problem Solving, communication, analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
- Team work (R&D, Quality, factory, etc)
