Job description

  • Receive the documents/ AN and send forwarder open CDS
  • Check Import documents.
  • Control Import Customs declaration forms
  • Send documents for tax payment to accountant
  • Plan and manage delivery import RM, FG to warehouses
  • Summary and report import tasks (costs, payments, issues, plans, GIT)
  • Arrange EXW shipments
  • Check procedure for new import item
  • Implement other allowable tasks assigned by Manager/Leader.
  • Comply with the company's regulations, and regulations on fire prevention, occupational safety, and health

 

Job requirements

  • College/Bachelor's degree (Logistics and Economics are preferable)
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in Logistics
  • Experience in co-operate with customs office and global suppliers.
  • Good at English & MS office
