Job Description

  • In charge of safety risk assessment and control of equipment subject to legal verification. 
  • Follow EHS rules and cooperate with inspections conducted by the relevant authorities. 
  • Analyze HSE impacts. 
  • Improve HSE conditions. 
  • Ensure legal compliance of the plant and external service suppliers. 
  • Maintain standards in accordance with applicable certifications and legal requirements. 
  • Identify and eliminate Unsafe Acts (UA), Unsafe Conditions (UC), and Near Misses (NM) in the plant; conduct incident investigations and ensure all corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively. 
  • Improve health and safety guidelines, procedures, safety boards, and safety signage. 
  • Perform other assigned tasks as directed by the Manager/Leader. 
  • Comply with company regulations, as well as fire prevention, occupational safety, and health regulations. 
  • Perform other tasks related to ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. 

 

Job Requirements

  • More than 1 year of experience in the same position in manufacturing and multinational companies. 
  • Good knowledge of HSE rules and regulations. 
  • Basic analytical skills (5W1H, 5 Whys, Pareto, Heinrich Pyramid, etc.). 
  • Good command of English.
