Job description
- Keep control in administration tasks in the Plant to ensure effective day-to-day operations.Â
- Manage the kitchen operation under Vietnam hygiene regulations and ISO 22000:2018
- Manage the canteen operation under HACCP regulation
- Manage 5S in office & public areas
- Standardize & control the house keeping & security
- Support expatriates in accomplishing entry procedure, residence card, work permit, housing rental...
- Manage administrative tasks including stationery, water supply, express service, guest welcoming...
- Handle all incoming & outgoing mails and calls.
- Control uniform purchase & distribution.
- Support in organizing company events such as annual health check, outing trip, Year-end Party...
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or others related major
- 2-3 years working experience
- Good at English & Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Google Sheets at work.
