Job description

  • Daily acquisition of all Ariston subsidiaries needs through analysis of the Stock Transfer Requests and Orders and Customers Orders Portfolio
    Products availability checks to guarantee correct allocation for fulfilling Stock Transfer Orders
  • Outbound delivery creation in SAP containing product codes/quantities to be shipped
  • Define the best loading capacity for every single shipment
  • Shipment planning
  • Orders monitoring and information sharing with subsidiaries and commercial colleagues
  • Manage possible production delays and multi-market requests
  • Provide support to the Warehouse department to make the shipment happen
  • Monitor Warehouse loadings
  • Monitor Carriers’ picking at requested date
  • Monitor Carriers’ performances
  • Guarantee carrier’s agreed transport tariff
  • Invoice issuing
  • Customs documents preparation (certificate of origin/licences/liquidation)
  • Support to Local logistics for inquiries on orders/shipments
  • Management of returns, loading discrepancies, scraps due to transport damages, recovery from suppliers
  • Measure and compare Level of Service and Economics to target levels
  • Comply with the company's regulations, and regulations on fire prevention, occupational safety and health
  • Implement other allowable tasks assigned by Supply chain & Logistics Manager

 

Job requirements

  • College/Bachelor's degree (Logistics and Economics are preferable)
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in Logistics
  • Master in Analytic skills and Principles of Logistics;
  • Master in Microsoft Offices
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (written and oral)
