  • Employee’s personal file: Make sure personnel files, Labour contracts, and other mandatory documents for each employee are well maintained and organized and available upon request. Keep Personnel database up-to-date.
  • Social insurance & health care insurance management: Prepare and/or review periodical report to Social Insurance Department and Labour Department as regulations, ensure timely payments for social insurance, health insurance and other compulsory insurance, Manage, provide & return HI card and SI book to employee on time, manage the list of healthcare insurance for employee
  • PIT: Responsible for Personal income tax, preparing monthly personal income tax reports and annual tax finalization.
  • Salary, Benefit & Budget: Manage timesheet to ensure compliance. Ensure timely payment of monthly salary/allowance/OT/ Incentive. Managing other benefit
  • Respond to staff/casual laborer inquiry related to staff C&B matter.
  • Assist Manager in implementation of Salary review, monitoring employment cost and productivity level.
  • Assist Manager in keeping HR policies and regulations updated with business strategies and maintained competitiveness
  • Assist Manager in annual budget planning and quarterly budget management
  • Perform other related work as required- Implement other allowable tasks assigned by Manager/Leader.
    Comply with the company's regulations, and regulations on fire prevention, occupational safety, and health

 

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or others related major
  • Good at English
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with HR System and knowledge of Payroll Calculation
  • Knowledge of payroll accounting is a plus
  • Professional HR experience preferably with foreign Company if preferred
  • Work well under pressure with the deadlines
