BRAND MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (HEATING / WATER HEATING)

In your role as Brand Marketing & Communications Manager, reporting to the Marketing Director, you will lead and manage all marketing and communications activities for our operating brands, NTI, HTP and/or American Standard Water Heaters. Working with the Director of Marketing, you will develop and manage marketing priorities, strategies, plans, and tactics to support the growth of the Heating or Water Heating business, as we have multiple opportunities available.

 

You will be in charge of the following activities:

  • Implement innovative campaigns for branding and product launches in coordination with the local teams and global Ariston Group Marketing team. 
  • Develop and manage marketing and communications content for use across all touchpoints by working independently, with the marketing team, and with external agency partners. 
  • Bring innovative ideas and tools to increase brand awareness, recognition, and reputation in the market. 
  • Oversee the strategic direction, messaging, and development of all print and digital communications, including: 
    • sales collateral
    • advertisements
    • promotional and merchandising materials
    • websites (both domestic and international)
    • press releases and newsletters
    • email marketing
    • video
    • blogs and social media
    • customer/contractor testimonials
  • Manage all projects and vendor relationships for advertising, creative design, website development, and public relations.
  • Write and edit content for various media such as PR, print, blogs, and websites.
  • Develop and maintain communications brand standards.
  • Work with Product Management to plan and execute new product launches and updates, including messaging, advertising/promotions, collateral, and trade shows.
  • Support the Sales Team's efforts to reach retailers, wholesalers, and distributors effectively.
  • Working with the Contractor/Trade Marketing manager, support requests for creative development of ads, flyers, promos, and events from sales, rep groups and distributors.
  • Overseeing the management of the brand websites including analyzing key metrics and data.
  • Other support of Sales, Product, and Management teams as needed. 

            
As the ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in marketing (or potentially Communications), and 5+ years working in a marketing team or inside sales role for a B2B company and industry experience preferred. They will also have:

 

  • Creativity, and turning a blank canvas into something that resonates with customers.
  • Experience in Marketing within a manufacturing environment, preferably demonstrated success working Contractors, Plumbers, Distributors and Wholesalers. 
  • Comfort in using editing software.
  • Prior experience using Salesforce, or similar CRM. 
  • An understanding of website design and is comfortable tweaking current designs and developing new content.
  • Ability to utilize effective SEO and keyword strategies to help improve the effectiveness of our website. 
  • Ability to work well with short timelines and meet deadlines.
  • An independent work style, working with high level direction to drill down to the core of what is required.
  • Organization skills and can manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Desire to collaborate and take the initiative to get things done.
