SERVICE SPECIALIST

The Service Specialist is responsible for supporting the local service network by increasing technical know-how, providing product technical support, and assisting in business development. This role reports hierarchically to the Market P&S Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the service network and service technicians in the field.
  • Manage and control warranty claims.
  • Assist the service network in identifying spare parts and optimizing stock.
  • Conduct technical training sessions for service center technicians.
  • Report technical and quality issues to headquarters.
  • Manage local spare parts replenishment and inventory.

 

Requirements:

  • High school technical certificate.
  • 3-5 years of previous work experience in after-sales business for heating and water heating applications
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Excellent relationship management and dynamic personality.
  • Team player in a small team environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in PC usage (Office suite).
