WCM MAINTENANCE INTERN

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will support and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance and production performance through the following activities:

  • Analyzing weekly maintenance reports and verifying the effectiveness and consistency of corrective actions
  • Supporting the integration of Professional Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance activities, including the update of Autonomous Maintenance schedules
  • Monitoring and analyzing weekly production reports and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators
  • Verifying the consistency of key maintenance KPIs, such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), against production data and reports

What we're looking for:

  • A degree (or final-year studies) in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field
  • A strong interest in manufacturing environments, industrial processes, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Motivation to develop your career within a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) environment.
