As part of the R&D Department, you will be responsible for the development of electromechanical components.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Innovate and Design: Lead the creation of new product concepts and technical solutions, following structured development methodologies and leveraging the latest in design tools and simulation technologies.
    Product Evolution: Continuously improve existing products to expand the portfolio, reduce costs, and enhance performance and reliability
  • Project Leadership: Manage development projects with a strong focus on quality, cost control, and timely delivery—ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, consultants, and internal teams (including testing labs, quality, and production)
  • Testing and Validation: Support rigorous testing protocols—performance, lifecycle, and reliability—to validate product robustness and compliance with international standards
  • Customer-Centric Engineering: Provide technical support and tailored solutions to customers, ensuring their needs are met with precision and professionalism.

As our ideal candidate, you hold a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and you have a solid understanding of CAD software (e.g., Cadra, SolidWorks) and 2D/3D technical design.

Additional knowledge in materials science, corrosion phenomena, and heat transfer principles is considered a plus.

Key competencies include strong analytical and planning skills, effective time management, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.

Proficiency in English and a willingness to travel are essential.
