What you’ll do:
- Optimize production flows and processes for electronics boards testing stations using lean manufacturing principles
- Introduce innovative automation technologies that enhance production capabilities while maintaining high-quality standards
- Oversee planning, scheduling, production KPI and coordination of electronic manufacturing processes to meet customer demand, production OEE targets
- Collaborate with R&D to ensure that new electronic products are designed for manufacturability and testability (DFM), ease of assembly, and cost optimized
- Manage testing equipment and ICT infrastructure
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years experience in similar roles in electronic manufacturing companies
- Knowledge of electronics testing (SW/HW), ERP/MES systems, ICT
- Strong project management and data analysis skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
