Reports To: Control Electric Components Division

 

Position Overview

We are looking for an Industrial Controlling Intern to join our Finance team and support the Control Management team in monitoring plant performance and financial results. The internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in industrial controlling activities, contributing to budgeting processes, performance analysis, and operational reporting within an international manufacturing environment.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Support the preparation of plant budgets, forecasts, and outlooks
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and variance analysis
  • Prepare reporting and performance analyses on plant KPIs
  • Contribute to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Cost Deployment activities

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational capabilities
  • Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills
