As Electronics HMI and Accessories Project Leader, you will manage projects related to HMI and thermoregulation accessories for thermal comfort products.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to define, update, and maintain project plans; proactively identify and mitigate risks and prepare comprehensive project status reports
- Coordinate with product development, product marketing, purchasing, and quality departments to ensure alignment on project objectives and maintain the platform approach on HMI design
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to electronic HMI systems and accessories, coordinating with other electronics R&D departments
- Lead the requirements engineering for thermoregulation accessories
- Support the resolution of technical issues and facilitate problem-solving sessions as required
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Electronic or Information Technology Engineering (or equivalent)
- 2–3 years experience in similar roles (in consumer goods companies preferred)
- Knowledge of Requirements Engineering
- Strong project management and data analysis skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
