MECHANICAL ENGINEER - INDUSTRIALIZATION INTERN

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer - Industrialization Intern to join our industrialization team and contribute to optimizing production processes and improving operational efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on the integration of technology within a manufacturing environment, supporting automation, data analysis, and rapid prototyping initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of production processes within the industrialization department.
- Support rapid prototyping activities through 3D printing technologies (FDM, Resin), enabling quick validation of new tools and solutions.
- Support the drafting of technical specifications and documentation for new equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, production) to ensure smooth integration of new processes and technologies.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong interest in industrial processes and manufacturing technologies.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and familiarity with mechanical design principles.
- Basic knowledge of 3D printing for prototyping.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to improve processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of industrial processes, Time & Method studies, Lean Manufacturing/WCM principles.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
