LOGISTIC PLANT INTERN

As Logistics Intern, working in the Manufacturing Department within the plant, you will support the operation logistics activities, to ensure material availability in time for the assembly line and efficiency in the operations.
Your main responsibilities & accountabilities will include:
- Assist in managing and optimizing the supply chain operations.
- Support inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics.
- Help track and analyze logistics performance metrics.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of transportation and distribution.
- Participate in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the SAP material movement process from the warehouse to the picking area, using SAP WMS;
- Execution of the inventory of raw materials, both through rolling inventories and in the context of stock certification for accounting closures;
- Support the management of 5T/5S for the warehouse
- support the Warehouse Leader in the operational management of warehouse staff (shifts, absences, training, versatility...)
- Management and accuracy of the stock location in SAP WMS
As our ideal candidate, you have a master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management. Strong interest in industrial processes and logistics operations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and improve processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive and organized.You have a pragmatic and entrepreneurial spirit, organizational and planning skills, ability to work in team .
You are well introduced to MS Office and have at least basic knowledge of industrial processes, Time&Method studies, Lean Manufacturing/WCM.
