  • Integrate digital solutions with manufacturing systems, industrial data sources, and enterprise platforms
  • Manage manufacturing data accuracy, consistency, and availability across responsible systems
  • Analyze operational and digital KPIs and define action plans to improve efficiency, quality, and responsiveness
  • Support automation initiatives, including scripting, process automation, and AI-enabled use cases where applicable
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, IT, and Supply Chain to translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions
  • Train local plant teams and ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption of deployed solutions
  • Prepare and present digital performance, project status, and improvement results to management
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to digital processes, tools, and ways of working

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital manufacturing, manufacturing software, or operational technology roles
  • Solid foundation in IT–OT architecture, with the ability to design digital solutions that connect shop floor systems and enterprise platforms.
  • Experience developing and integrating digital manufacturing solutions that support production, quality, and operational processes.
  • Understanding of manufacturing data flows and data quality, across operational and enterprise systems.
  • Ability to translate manufacturing needs into scalable, reliable digital solutions in collaboration with operations and IT teams.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, system reliability, and data governance principles in industrial environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
