Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence? We’re looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our production and maintenance operations. You will play a key role in driving performance, safety, and quality in a dynamic, high-tech environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage daily production activities to meet targets in safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Supervise and develop production and maintenance teams, ensuring training and skill development.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to stay on track.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, WCM, or similar methodologies.
  • Collaborate with departments like Quality, HSE, Logistics, and HR to ensure smooth operations.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Engineering degree with 10+ years of experience in Operations or Production Management, with a strong preference for candidates from the home appliances industry, preferably in water heater manufacturing.
  • Strong background in both production and maintenance management.
  • Experience in automated, capital-intensive environments.
  • Skilled in team leadership, problem-solving, and performance tracking.
  • Familiar with tools like skill matrices, 5S, AM/PM pillars, and maintenance planning.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
