LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT

The Logistics Administration Support role provides administrative support to the Sales/Logistics function while coordinating export-related activities. The role ensures smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and close follow-up with logistics to support the timely delivery of customer orders, especially for export markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Export team, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to arrange shipment preparation and dispatch.
- Prepare Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists based on confirmed sales orders.
- Create Outbound Deliveries and required SAP entries to support export billing.
- Send original shipping documents to customers via courier and track receipt.
- Maintain proper filing of sales and export documentation.
- Handle vendor Purchase Orders (POs), review and process vendor invoices, coordinating with Finance to ensure timely verification and payment.
- Manage Spare Parts Orders requested by the After-Sales team, coordinate with warehouse/logistics, and follow up until delivery.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the export department.
- Assist in resolving routine order, shipments, or documentation issues.
This role is primarily based at the plant, focusing on export operations, and could have some visits outside the plant.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Basic logistics / sales administration and order processing knowledge.
- Familiarity with export documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO)
- Understanding of logistics and shipment follow-up.
- ERP experience (SAP) is a plus.
- Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
