We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to strengthen our safety culture and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at our Giza Water Heater Manufacturing site. Reporting directly to the Plant Director, with a dotted line to the HSE Cluster Manager, you will play a key role in protecting people, processes, and the environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Â
Compliance & Standards
- Oversee all HSE activities to maintain compliance with local legal requirements.
- Update HSE procedures following changes in legislation and Group standards.
Â
Risk Prevention & Safety Improvement
- Perform job exposure analyses to verify safe working conditions.
- Take ownership of initiatives that improve workplace safety, ergonomics, man–machine and man–vehicle interactions, chemical handling, and other risk areas.
- Drive continuous improvement within health, safety, and environmental programs.

Management Systems & Certifications
- Contribute to maintaining the ISO 45001:2018 Health & Safety management system.
- Assist in upholding the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental management system.
Â
Incident & Audit Management
- Manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and reporting.
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspections, self-assessments, and internal audits to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate and complete HSE documentation.
Â
Training & Engagement
- Support the design of safety training programs and ensure they meet all requirements.
- Prepare training materials and promote employee awareness of safety programs.
- Lead the Safety Committee and maintain strong relationships with public institutions and regulatory authorities.
Â
Environmental Management
- Oversee waste management processes, including reduction monitoring, compliance, labeling, containment, disposal, and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of local HSE legislation and best practices.
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing/WCM is an advantage.
- A proactive, adaptable, and hands‑on mindset with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for working in an industrial plant environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
