ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION ENGINEER

What You Will Do
As Assembly Production Engineer (Shift Leader), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of assembly operations during your shift (day and night shift). You will be responsible for achieving production targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate assembly line operations during the assigned shift.
- Ensure daily production targets and KPIs are achieved.
- Supervise and support operators, technicians, and supervisors to maximize team performance.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Analyze production losses, line stoppages, and operational issues, implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, scrap reduction, and cost optimization.
- Support onboarding, coaching, and development of shop-floor employees.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly operations, preferably in home appliance industry.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Understanding of quality systems and production KPIs.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Previous leadership and team management experience is an advantage.
- Decisive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in dynamic manufacturing environments.
- Results-oriented with a passion for operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
