As a Thermodynamic Engineer, you will play a key role in designing efficient systems, driving product excellence, and supporting the development of next‑generation heat pump solutions. Reporting to the Technology Manager, you will collaborate across functions and transform data, insights, and engineering expertise into impactful results.

What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the design of thermodynamic and hydraulic systems, enhancing heat pump performance.
- Select and size critical components based on product requirements.
- Support product testing, assess outcomes, and propose improvement actions.
- Participate in defining control logic and troubleshoot system behavior.
- Serve as a technical reference for internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan experimental activities and analyze collected data with precision.
- Prepare thorough technical documentation related to ongoing projects.
Your Profile
- Degree in Energy Engineering or Thermodynamics.
- 1–2 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or R&D.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamic systems used for hot water production.
- Hands‑on laboratory experience, particularly with testing supervision.
- Solid analytical mindset with strong planning abilities.
- Skilled in problem solving and clear technical communication.
- Fluent in English.
