PROCUREMENT INTERN

We are looking for a Procurement intern to join our Procurement Central Team. As a member of the Procurement team, you will perform fulfillment of Suppliers “Transformation & Packaging” category for all Ariston EU plants reporting to Buyer of Packaging , through commercial negotiation, price list management , ordering , operations monitoring, KPI follow-up.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities:
- Being the procurement reference point for internal functions;
- Support in negotiating contracts with suppliers;
- Support in monitoring and improving supplier performance (PPV DPO, service level, quality, etc.);
- Manage data inside SAP system (delivery plans, prices, code/supplier information, data analysis);
- Ensure new suppliers “onboarding”;
- Support in Benchmarking for procurement - Identify cost reduction opportunities and develop cost reduction plans;
- Support new products management (new codes, suppliers’ selection);
- Support collection activities (Long Term Declaration/Plastic Tax/Conformity/ customs documents);
- Provide support to plants /production to make the shipment happen;
- Invoice issuing;
- Measure and compare Level of Service and Economics to target levels.

As our ideal candidate, you have a degree in Management Engineering or Economics and a brilliant academic career.
Analysis and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile.
English knowledge and good proficiency in the main MSOffice tools are basic requirements. Knowledge of SAP R3 and SQL basis is a plus.
