We are looking for a PLM specialist to work in Ariston Group PLM Transformation initiative. This role requires a deep understanding of product development processes across all departments involved as well as engineering methodologies and knowledge management. The ideal candidate will act as a supervisor of PLM processes in the Group ensuring their alignment with business processes and working to extend the usage of PLM, managing new projects/initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and improving PLM processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and streamline product development operations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to align data practices with business objectives.
  • Developing training materials and conducting training sessions for users to ensure their proficiency in using the PLM system. Maintaining documentation for processes and procedures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support PLM initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Generating reports and analyzing data within the PLM system to provide insights into product development processes and performance metrics leveraging business analytics tools.
  • Conducting research on What’s New and best practices to recommend improvements.
  • Apply AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to automate tasks, analyze large datasets, and generate insights for decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement to optimize product development cycles.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
  • Experience with PLM systems (3DExperience preferred) to effectively manage and optimize their functionalities.
  • Ability to map and analyze PLM workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, facilitating effective process optimization.
  • Knowledge of following processes: Design and BOM management, Change management, Document management.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Power Apps or native PLM analytics tools (Netvibes for 3DExperience is preferred).
