MECHANICAL DESIGN SENIOR SPECIALIST

As Mechanical Design Senior Specialist, you will be part of the Heating Heat Pump R&D Platform, and you will report to the R&D Mechanical Design and Sustaining Manager.
The aim of the role is to develop mechanical parts & assemblies of heat pumps units, manage the product BOM, create and release all necessary technical documentation.
 
In particular, you will be responsible for the following activities:

 

  • Develop mechanical parts and assemblies & drawings using 3D cad (Solid Works)
  • Develop product BOM using SAP
  • Create and releases technical documentation as specifications for purchases components
  • Contact with supplier on technical topics
  • Supervise and collaborate to the construction of prototypes and participate to laboratory activities
  • Collaborate with other R&D team
  • Work on production sustaining activities

 
Qualification:

 

  • Engineer with 4-5 years of experience preferably in HVAC/White Goods companies. 
  • Good knowledge on 3D cad software Solid Works (Solid Edge preferred) and experience in CUT & BENDING, DIE, MOLD technologies and piping
  • Analytical and planning skills
  • Ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines
  • Problem solving and team working
  • English knowledge
