Join Our Team as an Design Leader Electrical and Electronics!

Are you ready to lead and inspire a small team of talented engineers? As our Design Leader Electrical and Electronics , you'll report to the Electric & Electronics Modules Manager and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products.

What You'll Do:

• Define the architecture of our platform.
• Lead electrical design for new products.
• Integrate electronics into product design and create validation plans.
• Sustain and improve our platform's electronics integration and electrical design.
• Ensure system integration and product validation, including EMC at the product level.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• At least 3 years of design engineering experience, ideally in HVAC/White Goods companies.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Expertise in communication protocols, control box design, and testing.
• Knowledge of software debugging and coding (C, LabView, MatLab).
• Flexibility, open-mindedness, and excellent analytical and planning skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Structured and organized approach.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel.
