Join Our Team as an Design Leader Electrical and Electronics!
Are you ready to lead and inspire a small team of talented engineers? As our Design Leader Electrical and Electronics , you'll report to the Electric & Electronics Modules Manager and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products.
What You'll Do:
- Define the architecture of our platform.
- Lead electrical design for new products.
- Integrate electronics into product design and create validation plans.
- Sustain and improve our platform's electronics integration and electrical design.
- Ensure system integration and product validation, including EMC at the product level.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- At least 3 years of design engineering experience, ideally in HVAC/White Goods companies.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Expertise in communication protocols, control box design, and testing.
- Knowledge of software debugging and coding (C, LabView, MatLab).
- Flexibility, open-mindedness, and excellent analytical and planning skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Structured and organized approach.
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel.
